jealous of the NEW Xbox 360 owners?

are u guys jealous of the new 360 owner? the new drive, the smaller chip w/ less heat......i am a tad jealous of all these things being replaced by better product...BUT i think i'm just happy i have not to call the warranty ppl yet about my 360, my console manufacture is june 06, so no new drive for me, i thk my is a samsung ( its has the 2 holes on the side)jealous of the NEW Xbox 360 owners?

ok I really don't get this heat thing with the 360. People have the intercooler but I don't know why. I play my 360 sometimes 7-8 hours straight and sometimes just leave it on because I'll come back later. Anyway it never gets hot. I never get when someone says there 360 is hot. Anyway no way im jealous
the 65nm 360 isn't on shelves yet. i really don't notice the sound of the dvd drive unless it's a quiet movie i'm watching.

Amen. People must be sitting on their 360's. And this is like asking if I'd rather have a 2007 car over a 2006 car... sure the new features are nice, but the dang thing still drives just fine.

I would love a quieter drive, my jet engine drive is a bit much for my liking
No, as long has mine works I'm fine with it.
Mmm jealous is not the word...annoyed,because the 360 drive is REALLY loud,but so are the fans,if the dvd drive is quiter the fans i'm sure will make up for it as the dvd drive blanks out the fan noise.
well im not jealous i got a bunch of great games throughout the year and i dont mind having an older version if it breaks on me ill just call customer support and get a new one plus right now i have 9000 gamerscore points wheras geting a new 360 i would only have 400 gamerscore points.
hell no now give me a wii.Give me one NOW!!!!!!!

yea same here, in fact from my understanding, the quiter drives have been on shelves since Early November

as long as your 360 works, why complain
sorry to say it, but kinda yeah.i have a 360 and a ps3, and when you compare the noise they make, its like 360 is a diesel semi-truck, and ps3 is a compact car. but i haven't had any problems with my 360 overheating, just freezing once in a while. would i mind getting one, no, but i wont buy the new one if i already have a 360.
glad i bought through best buy with the warranty.  just overheat yours when the new dvd drive and chip combo are out later this year and bam, new 360
