Ninja Gaiden 2: 100 Hit Achievement Made ...

Discovered this little trick by accident earlier and got 150+ in before I decided to stop. It takes absolutely no skill whatsoever as long as you can push the B button. In the Venice level get to the part where you do a lot of water running. I did it next to the 2 big water wheels you swing up, but I'm sure this would work anywhere you have those jellyfish mines. Just put your shuriken as your throwable and sit there pushing B until you hit 100. They repopulate, can't attack or anything. Couldn't be simpler. Granted, maybe there's easier ways later in the game, I wouldn't know. Just thought I'd share.Ninja Gaiden 2: 100 Hit Achievement Made ...
I need to buy this game right now, the demo rocked my worldNinja Gaiden 2: 100 Hit Achievement Made ...
I found it way easier on chp. 9 at 2 instances:Luminecesent cave where the small spiky fiends spawn continually. Hit them 2 times with a lvl. 3 scythe and they die. I got to like 382 hits there.Or towards the end in the aquatic fiend pond if you just nudge yourself off the edge a tiny bit into the water so they dont have room to attack you and whip out the gatling gun and kill all of them. I got like 180 something there.
It's really easy to get with the tonfas near the end where you fight like 100 ninjas on the stair case, if you know how not to get hit.
The game is so awesome! Just had to say that :)
The easiest place is ACTUALLY the first fight, as all the other places have a huge amount of risk.Dragon Sword counter attack all the ninjas with the X button to take off their legs, and run around them using shurikens. Though of course the best, most fun and most satisfying place is chapter 10 stairs!
The Chapter 10 stairs were EPIC! I was breathless at the end of that battle. Destroying about 500 spider ninjas on a narrow staircase while they are throwing incendiary shurukins and dancing around all fancy crazy with their claws and jumping and all that within about 5 minutes- unreal.

I found the easiest way to string long hit combos was to string together ultimate techniques. Hold down Y to gather essence and unleash the attack, and just as it ends keep holding Y to absorb more essense and start another combo. I reached over 300 on The Stairs (I'm giving it a capitalized name now due to its epicness). Works best with the tiger claws since they are so quick.
No lie, I got a 280 hit combo with the God of War chains in chapter 9 I think (it was in that green cave)

Did it with the staff on Volf's castle, in any bunch of baddies. The combos translate from one guy to the next as long as you continue within 2 seconds from stopping. Think abotu it, 2 seconds is quite a bit of time in NG world.

cool i have to try that
I found an even easier one where you are in the caves or sum i dont remember but these like crabs or sum s*** just keep cmin at you in HUGE numbers you just gotta know how to press the X button and you re good for a 150 combo easily

It was like watchin the MATRIX cause of the MAJOR lag. HEADS flyin off in slow motion is epic I agree
I got the 100 hit acheivement in like the 2nd level I beleive. Its when I got to the first shop, I bought the Lunar right away. First battle I got into with it I had the achievement. So yea, its a very easy one to achieve as I did it without even trying! hehe
the easiest place is where all those ninjas come out on the stairway in Chapter 10...just get a high combo weapon and spam UT..I got close to 200 there
