Does Microsoft cover this?

Well, im in another country and i tried using this universal adaptor and my power brick exploded. Microsoft should cover this for making their power bricks so dam hard to find a converter for.Maybe i could just tell them that it was faulty?Any suggestions?Does Microsoft cover this?
:? LMAO If I were Microsoft I would make you pay for the repair. It was your negligence which caused your product to break. Does Microsoft cover this?
