Any ''good'' game you haven't played yet is good to trade for. F.E.A.R would have to be considered one of those good games.
I personally think F.E.A.R sucks. The aiming is horrible and its a mess.

People have mixed opinions on F.E.A.R. and im not sure if the game will be worth trading. Is F.E.A.R. worth the trade? or are there better games?

Yeah F.E.A.R is a great game.  Worth the trade in my opinion
Fear is good but not great. Get Gears if you dont have it.

well i think that most games would be better than Dead Rising cause i personally hated that game. ive only played the demos of FEAR and i think theyre awesome. im thinkin about gettin it
If you like third person perspective games ...then get Gears of War, or  for rpg Oblivion, or for an excellent fps Rainbow Six Vegas...these choice are top ones !!

i had it and beat it for pc awhile ago and i plan on getting it for my 360 still
I would suggest RS Vegas. The single player is more fun than FEAR (IMO) and if you are not looking for a strictly shooting game, look at Viva Pinata. I know it sounds retarded, but that game is truly addicting and fun. Also GRAW 2 is coming out soon.
