Which is better Oblivion or Bioshock?

I went around asking people I knew who have played both games and most of them think Bioshock is a much better game. I have played both games and think they are both awesome, but I just don't think Bioshock is better than Oblivion.Which is better Oblivion or Bioshock?
Bioshock. One of the best games ever made.My third best game ever behind Legend of zelda series and Metal gear solid seriesWhich is better Oblivion or Bioshock?
I like Oblivion bit I'm going to go with Bioshock. My opinion could be biased though, since I am a bitter Morrowind fanboy afterall.
Oblivion, hellz ya. Bioshock got boring after your first try, it does have alot of options, but with Oblivion, you can start it over with a totally different character, customize your character to the last detail, its a fantastic game, and should be hailed every day of the week!

They are both great games.
bioshock was great, but too short and got boring after i beat it. soo oblivion is better, it is longer and fun
Oblivion. I thought Bioshock was pretty disappointing. When it comes to the FPS genre, you can do much better, but Bioshock gets points for being original and atmospheric. otherwise, there was nothing to be excited for.Oblivion has a lot of content, but it only held my attention for about 50 hours which is really low for Oblivion standards as people have said that they've gone as far as playing over 200 hours and still not bored. I guess it depends on the kind of gamer, but with Oblivion's price today, it's really easy to recommend.
The only thing i can imagine would beat Oblivion would be its sequel :D
I spent way more time on Oblivion, so I would say its better.
That's like saying whats better, Zelda or Halo

Tottally different games

oblivion. bio is cool but obliv wil last you 10X more. both great games though.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is a much better game then BioShock. In The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion there is alot more to do and everything about it is perfect, about BioShock has an interesting setting and the story is well done but the gameplay really sucks which ruins the overall experience because it gets boring rather quickly as there seems to be nothing to do.
Well they're not that similar, but I had a lot more fun with Oblivion.
The only thing i can imagine would beat Oblivion would be its sequel :D
QFTMy thoughts exactly.
I think oblivion is almost similar from what i have seen is that it has a story line they both have primary quests but in bioshock they have bosses but in oblivion there are no bosses only big guys that think there hoss but you beat them in an impossible way but in bioshock you run shoot come back run shoot come back but in oblivion you are in there face and slicing them until they run you feel the battle between your fingers and screen you see the blood and the dead body that you wish you could chop it up in to smaller pices. in bioshock you do feel the battle but your not that much involved in it. that's why i know that oblivion is a little bit better than bioshock.
Oblivion is the single greatest game ever made. As will all elderscolls games 'til the end of time. It's just physics people. But that's not to say Bioshock isn't bad... it's a great game... I'd say both if you can, but oblivion first.
I gotta go with Oblivion just because of the replay value.

Bioshock would have won my vote, but it only lasts two runs through the game, and there isn't much to do outside of that storyline
oblivion is better
BioShock
