If I download japanese content on my 360 I have to use my american account so that I wont get banned right? or do I have to play my japanese demos on my japanese account?Japanese content question

Please don't bump so quickly.Also, you havn't received a response because your signature image is making people go blind, fix it please.Edit: For clarification, unless it's IE or GS forcing the image to be squashed in that manner. But it's still making my eyes bleed, it hurts to look at it.
