In need of DvD ROM

so my 360 about 2 months ago stopped working it was to the point where it wouldnt read games ne more so me and my dad took it apart changed the eye for another we bought and now that dosnt read it so im thinking all we need is a new dvd rom player help me plz!!!! In need of DvD ROM

look on ebay to buy a broken 360 where the DVD drive still works, but it failed for another reason, or someone that has already taken it apart and is selling just the drive.Taking it apart for self repair wasn't the best idea, as it has voided your warranty (unless it was over a year old and the warranty was already expired)
